Avoid this Dealership Leased my 3rd BMW here and I wish I hadn't. I first saw the car i wanted online and there were 5 of them, obviously, they were all sold next day. I di Leased my 3rd BMW here and I wish I hadn't. I first saw the car i wanted online and there were 5 of them, obviously, they were all sold next day. I didn't give it another thought and selected another car and drove out same day. Now (problem #1), before I signed the papers, the sales representative (Keith) and his manager (forgot his name) said they will take care of all my remaining balance of the old lease and I wouldn't have to worry about it. Two months later I called BMWFS to ask about clearing the end balance because I leased a new vehicle with them and they said no because that is between the dealership and I. Obviously, Keith said no and told me to talk to BMWFS. So I do have to worry about my last lease and pay the ending balance. If that is not lying, i don't know what is. A week later (problem #2), Keith sends me a text asking me to check the inspection on the car for him. Turns out BMW Freeport sold me a car without first inspecting it. I live in the city and couldn't make it back to freeport and he has agreed to send someone to pick up/drop off after inspection. He scheduled and cancelled several times before dropping off the car at 11PM, 3 weeks after leasing the car. Moving forward, 6 weeks after signing lease (problem #3). I get a call from my insurance company telling me the dealership has not send in the documents for the car and that i been driving with liability. That was supposed to be done the day I got the car, at least that's what Keith told me he was doing when we spoke to the insurance representative together. Experience has been horrible and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I communicated with Keith via text cause he never answer calls or call back. I have not spoken to him since the day I drove away with the car. He know hes at the wrong here. They will say anything to get you to leave with a car, after that, you will be ignored and agreements will mean nothing. More

Demo Car for Dad Alex helped get my dad a car he really loves at the price he wanted to pay. It was an unusual situation because Alex was solely working with me through the process and over the phone at that because I was helping vet lease options and pricing on my dad’s behalf. Alex was helpful and professional throughout the process. Alex still gave me the same courtesy and respect that I would have expected as if I were purchasing a car for myself. There was even a small issue with the car and Alex has been working with my dad to get it resolved. I would definitely work with Alex in the future. More
