HORRIFIC SERVICE DEPT LUXURY VEHICLES SHOULD NEVER YIELD LOUSY SERVICE... There should never be a time when a service dept rushes a woman with a baby, stands by and watches her struggle with a carseat, stroller and baby, and on top of that... does not offer to assist. DISGRACEFUL! DISGUSTING! How dare you BMW of Freeport rush me to return the keys to the loaner and direct me, my baby, the carseat, the stroller, and the baby bag outside in the freezing cold to load everything up, alone?! This blatant disregard for empathy and civility was allowed by other staff looking on, staff passerbys and a so called stand-in Manager who presented himself with an obvious "I could care less" attitude. Again I say... DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL!!!! Because you allowed such a place to represent you and behave this way... BMW USA, you should bow your heads in ultimate shame. More
Treated like a VIP Recent service stop and I was greeted by name wiith a smile too. A quick few questions and off I escorted to get my loaner. Excellent Have been dealing with this organization for 15 years. Since being taken over by BMW of Freeport, there has been a complete turnaround for the better. Have been dealing with this organization for 15 years. Since being taken over by BMW of Freeport, there has been a complete turnaround for the better. Been dealing with Steve Itkin. I feel like I’m getting straight talk and not being sold things that I really don’t need. Also, a big shout-out to the body shop down the road! Stopped by a couple of months back to get an estimate on having a bumper repaired. Fixed the problem right there and then at NO CHARGE! I’ll bring my cars to both the service center and/or the body shop any day of the week! More
crack windshield coincidentally shows up at service lot. My wife brought our X5 in to service for a tire issue. We drive the car everyday and drive it for short distances and never noticed a rock hitting the My wife brought our X5 in to service for a tire issue. We drive the car everyday and drive it for short distances and never noticed a rock hitting the windshield. Took the service department a day to fix the tire issue which was just a flat and when my wife picked up the car there was a large spider web looking crack on the top portion of the windshield. Not a slight crack, but a big crack that looks like something big hit it and not a little rock. Zoom in on picture attached. Steve the manager from the service department would not claim responsibility and stated that it was likely a crack that was there that was not visible that expanded after the car was washed. I think it's possible that could happen in some cases, but again the crack we observed was not a small crack or a one line crack it looked like something significant impacted it. I also doubt that it was a pre-existing chip because I've also witnessed how some of their drivers drive the vehicles in their crowded service lot which leaves much to be desired. We have owned other vehicles in the past that we used to drive long distance and have a history with windshield rock chips and cracks, this was not a typical rock chip or crack. Rock chips usually leave a tiny dent or chip that does expand. Here there was no dent or chip just the large crack. BTW, this is the first time a crack has showed up right when we picked it up at the dealer. Their solution is to have our insurance pay for it. I'm sure they will, but what concerns me is that I don't see that they care much for customer vehicles. I would have preferred that they take responsibility and fix the crack to show remorse and that they own up to the mistake showing that they do care for our expensive vehicles. Last time we use this dealer for anything and will be going to Rallye for service. Recently purchased an M550 from Rallye with a great deal after Freeport wouldn't even return our calls. Guess where we are going to trade in our X5. Thanks Freeport BMW. More

Great buying experience My husband and I were just browsing the cars in the showroom but I wanted a specific car that wasn't in any of the lots. Carlos Ongsingco was our sale My husband and I were just browsing the cars in the showroom but I wanted a specific car that wasn't in any of the lots. Carlos Ongsingco was our salesperson and I showed him what I was looking for and he immediately said they have it in the wharehouse. He let me test drive a similar model to the wharehouse. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He went through all my requests and was very honest about the prices and made it an enjoyable experience to buy my first X3 BMW. The car genie showed me exactly how to work things in the car and the finance manager Reda Bouattoura was very honest and there were no hidden fees. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the car itself. It's beautiful and drives great but c'mon BMW, it's 2019 and my car doesn't have auto start and ventilation from the app on your phone is a joke because it blows out cold air-not hot. I will hate having to get into my car on a cold snowy day because it didn't have a basic feature that I feel most cars have now. More
