Pretty good service I recently brought my car in for service and I worked with Steve Itkin. The car needed some parts and was subsequently there for a week and a half, w I recently brought my car in for service and I worked with Steve Itkin. The car needed some parts and was subsequently there for a week and a half, which was expected due to the work that needed to be done. The car was completed in a timely fashion as promised by Steve. FYI, I actually drive past another dealership to go to Freeport because I like the service that I receive. And customer service is VERY important to me. The only issue I had was that I was not given a loaner car for the time my car was at the dealership. My car was brought in on an emergency basis so there was no time to schedule an appointment. I was told, there were no loaners available. I bought my car from this dealership and should be entitled to a loaner, especially when my car is there for more than a day or so. I spoke to Steve about this after receiving my car back, and I am confident this will be corrected in the future. Good job Steve! More

I highly endorse Steven and the entire FREEPORT Service team. I live within easy access to multiple BMW dealers. I could go to a closer dealer to buy and service my BMWs. I CHOOSE to buy my cars at FREEPORT and service them there due to Steven. More
Steve Itkin went above and beyond outstanding service. Steve had my 2008 x5 serviced with radiator hose and thermostat problems. The expansion tank developed a leak on my drive home. Brought the car back t Steve had my 2008 x5 serviced with radiator hose and thermostat problems. The expansion tank developed a leak on my drive home. Brought the car back the next morning and without any hesitation, Steve had it in the shop and replaced the tank. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Steve and the entire BMW service team. Service visit Took my BMW to service center on 3/7. I did not have an appointment. My NYS inspection was overdue. Maintenance also needed to be addressed. Servi Took my BMW to service center on 3/7. My car was looked at within an hour. All the necessary work was completed. Mr. Itkin was outstanding in his promise to take care of everything. I am so very grateful. More
