Lack of Communication BMW of Freeport So I made a post earlier today July 6 about my bad treatment with bmw of Freeport and before the day was over I got a call from my service adviser th So I made a post earlier today July 6 about my bad treatment with bmw of Freeport and before the day was over I got a call from my service adviser that the parts to fix my vehicle has arrived and I would be getting my vehicle on Monday July 8... 57 days after it’s been at the service center. Since my car has been there not once has my advisor call me. I called him on Monday July 1st. He told me should be getting the parts on Wednesday July 3rd and he would call me. Yet I had not heard from him until today July 6th after my post. Smh More

Efficient & Friendly I live 3.5 hours away. My dream car is no longer made. I found one online at Freeport that had just come off lease with very low mileage. Within mi I live 3.5 hours away. My dream car is no longer made. I found one online at Freeport that had just come off lease with very low mileage. Within minutes of completing the online request, I received a phone call. I was connected to Alex Bocchi. He answered all of my questions, took pictures for me & was not at all pushy. The deal was made within 48 hours. He even picked up my husband up at the train station. Alex was honest & very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. More
