Honesty and Integrity only from Freehold BMW Service Justine is my Service Advisor, I brought my sons car in for a ABS issue. She informed me that the Work done to my son's car from another Dealer was in Justine is my Service Advisor, I brought my sons car in for a ABS issue. She informed me that the Work done to my son's car from another Dealer was incorrect. They put the wrong Size rim on my sons car and did not check their work . WOW it caused a bunch of issues avoidable. Justine and her crew informed me of the issue and I now had to bring the car back to the original fixing dealer to make the repairs correct now. This is why I only trust Freehold BMW with all my repairs they are the best and most honesty group of people I ever dealt with. I used the other dealer because it was the closest after hitting a pothole on rt 18. Never again!!! More

P.S: I live right behind Princeton BMW but I drive about 45 mins to get to Freehold BMW because unlike Princeton, there is no games, up sell, and there is no xxxxxxxx that comes when you try to get your car serviced! Horrible service Left car on a Sunday night for a convertible sensor. Got it back Wednesday and it was filthy. Noticed a receipt left in the car. Looks like someone used my car to go get pizza the day before it was ready. The service paperwork showed 25 miles were put on the car. Called the dealer and sent them pictures of the car and pizza receipt. Their answer was there was a mistake on the paperwork and they only put 3 miles on the car and the receipt fell out of the pocket of the technician who worked on the car. They offered to rewash the car. Does anyone buy this explanation. How about showing the cctv footage to back up your story More
