My 2021 Bmw x5M was stolen on thanksgiving night and I brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. He personally handled every detail, along with the nightmare that insurance can be and made sure my car was returned to me in both a timely manner and as if it came directly off the showroom floor. He’s polite, pleasant to deal with and an amazing problem solver. Both Greg and BMW of Freehold have my business for life. Thank you again guys! More

After an attempted break in, I had my car handle repaired here. The following week, I went back to the Eatontown BMW to have the weatherstrip trim fixed. Upon review and reviewing my bill, they told me that here. The following week, I went back to the Eatontown BMW to have the weatherstrip trim fixed. Upon review and reviewing my bill, they told me that I was overcharged and under serviced. They advised me to go back to Freehold and have it repaired and provided an estimate of what the (lower) cost should have been. The Freehold location wasted my time and money. More

Mike was great. He was very professional and handled everything within a reasonable time. The only issue I have is reaching someone in the service department or getting in touch with a manager. One of the ladies in the sales department is extremely rude.I was also informed that my warranty for my brakes was extended only to find out it wasn’t. I purchased my vehicle less than a month ago and the dealership refuses to change my brakes. My dashboard has indicated my rear brakes need to be changed for 3 weeks now which is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. More
