My 2021 Bmw x5M was stolen on thanksgiving night and I brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. Gregory Itkin handled my car and treated me and the car like brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. He personally handled every detail, along with the nightmare that insurance can be and made sure my car was returned to me in both a timely manner and as if it came directly off the showroom floor.
