The employee's at BMW Freehold are always professional, polite and on time. My time there is alway pleasant and when I first when arrive my wait time is within 5 to 10 minutes. While the dealership is under construction, it appears to me they are doing the best they can considering the circumstances. I was in and out of the service center, promtly was provided a loaner, and on my w me they are doing the best they can considering the circumstances. I brought my car (700 series) in for service today. I called last week and needed a loaner ( I live 45 minutes away ) so they told me to come in today - told me to come in 9'sh to make sure I could get i called last week and needed a loaner ( I live 45 minutes away ) so they told me to come in today - told me to come in 9'sh to make sure I could get in and out quickly. I arrived today, was told no loaners are available, I would have to wait or they will try to coordiante with a rental company .. but it would take some time. I came in today ( not last week ) because they told me today was the 1st day a rental would be available, if they had the customer service to call me yesterday and tell me today wasn't going to work I wouldn't have lost the hour plus round trip of my time. That was 5 hours ago And after spending $100k with them on a car not even a call saying what they could do to correct their errors .. beware .. this is the 3rd time I've had service issues with them .. I guess I should know better More
