I am very happy with the service and quality of work at Freehold BMW. This dealership has turned things around in the past 2 years. The new service team is outstanding. Currently, Issac is our service adviser. we are very pleased with Isaac, he explains the car issues well and makes good recommendations. He also returns calls promptly (my experience with other dealers was not that good in this area). More
I got a flat tire problem on the road, went to BMW of Freehold without in advance appointment. They would took my car in right away and replaced a new tire for me. Tony is a knowlegeable service guy and went above and beyond to take care of my problem. I had a brake lens that was broken and he got the dealer to take care of it at no cost to me. I would like to take time out to share my recent experience at BMW of Freehold. First of all, I have owned six BMW’s in the last 15 years, so I am used to excellent service. Due to the down economy experience at BMW of Freehold. First of all, I have owned six BMW’s in the last 15 years, so I am used to excellent service. Due to the down economy I have to hold on to my current BMW’s longer then I normally would. My service contract has expired on one of them. I’m at that dreaded milestone, “do I continue to bring my car to BMW or go outside to save money”. Well, I at least wanted BMW to diagnose the problem since I don’t really trust anyone else. Rich De leso, my service advisor did a great job of making me feel I brought it to the right place and keeping me posted on the state of the diagnoses. We soon found out the repair was going to be very expensive. I was going to pick the car up and get it repaired locally. But Rich got Frank Ghusson involved, who I’ve known since his days at Open Road BMW. He is an excellent service manager. He made some calls and found a way to get the repair done for a price that was within my budget. When I came to pick the car up it was very clean (including my dogs hair!). The car ran as well as the day I bought it! I mean you can really feel a difference. It was worth every penny. Thanks to Franks and Rich’s efforts I will continue to bring both my cars to Freehold, even the one I purchased at another dealership. I don’t believe I can get this kind of service anywhere else. I came in for service without an appointment and was greeted with kindness and warmth from the entire service staff. Since I came in without an appointment and did not have a loaner car reserved, Tony and Frank Ghusson , the service manager, somehow put something together and provided me a loaner vehicle that was nicer than my car. I really appreciate all their efforts and will keep coming here for service in the future. People like this make your dealership special!! More
