As soon as I walked in, I was asked by two service advisors if I were being helped. They are respectful attentive and very customer service oriented. My service advisor Allen Gin has been the main reason I've continually returned to BMW of Freehold despite the dealership being farther than others and not having purchased my car there. He has always been respectful, explained the services to be performed in full length and always notified me as soon as my car was ready. I have had my car serviced by other BMW dealerships and I strongly recommend BMW of Freehold for vehicle services as theirs are unparalleled. Thank you again for the wonderful service. More

Impeccable service!! I took my 530 in for service today, and wow, am I amazed at the experience I had. Professionalism at its finest! I was greeted at the service garage, directed step by step on where to go next, and helped by an amazing advisor, Allen Gin. He is full of knowledge, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. I've been to other dealerships in Central Jersey, but none like this one...You can feel the friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help from everyone there. I was given a loaner vehicle, and was contacted by Allen as soon as my vehicle was finished being serviced. After being so impressed, I will only go to BMW of Freehold from here on out, and I have already and will continue to recommend it to others. Please note, Mr. Gin is the first service advisor that I have encountered that truly tries to validate my concerns about my 530XI. At the advice of Mr. Gin, he had made arrangements for Kang to take a test drive with me so that I can pinpoint my concern of the handling of my vehicle. Due to the test drive and going over my concerns and history of my auto, Kang was able to pinpoint and correct all necessary adjustments to my vehicle so that it would handle the way it should be. Please note, at the beginning when I was contemplating a new vehicle, it was either an Audi or BMW, due to my disappointment in my BMW, I was regretting my purchase and glad that my daughter did not listen to me when it was her time to purchase another new car. Because of Mr. Gin and Kang, they had restored my dedication as a consumer. More

This is my 4th BMW, short story I needed my windshield wiper fluid filled. I stopped by around 5 o’clock, pulled into the service area and waited for someone to come out. I told them what I was there for and they sent some young kid (possibly a lot attendant) to fill it up. My car was freshly detailed, he then decided to rest this dirty plastic jug against my passenger fender as he filled up the tank. It didn’t ring any bells until I got home and decided to check the fender. I now have very deep scratched in my fender which I have not been able to get out with any grit compounds and cutting pads for my buffing machine. I take pride in every car I have, this kid didn’t, and either did the service advisors by sending a kid out to fill up the fluid. A couple of days ago I went with my sister to have her Hyundai serviced, by chance I was in the right place at the right time and got to see the technician fill u her windshield wiper fluid, surprisngling he didn’t rest the jug against her fender. Never did I see the day coming where your car was treated better at Hyundai than at BMW. More
Very fast and clean. Air bag in passenger replaced and not a thing out of place when my car was returened. You wouldn't know it had been worked on. Susan called to schedule my service and I had a conflict with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She spoke to the manager - called me back and arranged for me with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request.
