This is my 4th BMW, short story I needed my windshield wiper fluid filled. I stopped by around 5 o’clock, pulled into the service area and waited for someone to come out. I told them what I was there for and they sent some young kid (possibly a lot attendant) to fill it up. My car was freshly detailed, he then decided to rest this dirty plastic jug against my passenger fender as he filled up the tank. It didn’t ring any bells until I got home and decided to check the fender. I now have very deep scratched in my fender which I have not been able to get out with any grit compounds and cutting pads for my buffing machine. I take pride in every car I have, this kid didn’t, and either did the service advisors by sending a kid out to fill up the fluid. A couple of days ago I went with my sister to have her Hyundai serviced, by chance I was in the right place at the right time and got to see the technician fill u her windshield wiper fluid, surprisngling he didn’t rest the jug against her fender. Never did I see the day coming where your car was treated better at Hyundai than at BMW. More
Very fast and clean. Air bag in passenger replaced and not a thing out of place when my car was returened. You wouldn't know it had been worked on. Susan called to schedule my service and I had a conflict with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She spoke to the manager - called me back and arranged for me with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I recently took my 2013 M3 coupe in for its break in (1,200) mile service. The Service Advisor Tony S. made sure that all of the proper items were serviced (trans fluid, diff fluid , etc;) and the veh (1,200) mile service. I received bad customer service a couple of years ago and reflected that in a survey and was confronted about it by two svc advisors and I was l was verbatim told to not do it again. Needless to say I warned everyone that would listen about the horrid cust. svc at bmw and found I was not alone, a ton of women I asked felt the same way. Jump to today. I wanted a preowned larger vehicle for the winter. I mentioned this to Isaac in passing who offered to set me up with sales. Isaac btw is awesome! I really wish I would have met him alot sooner, every service appt went from my dreading the process to feeling uber comfortable with calling poor Isaac 3 times a day, everytime he was polite and friendly. Such a breath of fresh air. Rob and John in sales, and Dennis in finance went above and beyond to get me a great deal in exactly what I wanted. Even more than I asked for! I had to tell the General Manager Dori (who is also a doll) that I couldn't believe this is the same BMW from 2 years ago. This place is super female friendly. I drove in by myself, on a whim, on the way home from work just to see what was in stock. I did not think I would walk out with a good deal on exactly what I wanted. I am blessed that I did. This was the first time ever I have been car shopping and not felt like I needed a pokerface and a calculator. I am now raving about this place and couldn't be happier. I am a big believer that customer service must be top notch especially in this economy and am happy to say that I finally found a dealer that offers honest, friendly service which can be rare in this industry. Its obviously a business and they have to make a living, but I was not taken for a ride or pressured at all. Isaac, John, Rob and Dennis made this experience as pleasant as possible, and Rob even helped me clean out my toddler ridden trade in and move my belongins over to the new car!! Absolute best customer service ever. More
