No matter what you need My boyfriend and stopped in a few days ago looking for "M" sticker. We had been unsuccessful in finding one any where else so we figured we would try one last place. We were greeted and directed to the parts department professionally and kindly. The receptionist at the desk had some one come out from parts immediately and was very pleasant. The parts advisor knew exactly what we needed and was great about making sure it was perfect. Overall this is a perfect example of wonderful professional service no matter what the customer need may be. More

Not only does he give great customer service, but he is someone that is very understandable and can talk to. He explains everything in detail, and with layman's term so you don't leave confused. He answers your questions fully and is patient when he does. What also made me recommend him fully was that I had an issue with my incompetent warranty (not BMW's' wish I had one though) and after I've explain to him my situation, and he went out of his way and took care of me when I needed it the most. It was very appreciated, and when I need to get my vehicle serviced again, (second visit, but for something different, first one was excellent as well which was why I specifically ask for Allen) I will be going back to BMW Freehold and I will be asking for Allen Gin. Highly recommended. More

Very bad experience with service department we are very disappointed with service provided by BMW of Freehold for my BMW 750 LIX. We did inform BMW of Freehold about problems we were facing with we are very disappointed with service provided by BMW of Freehold for my BMW 750 LIX. We did inform BMW of Freehold about problems we were facing with vehicle after immediate few months of purchase but that point BMW of Freehold did not look at problem carefully and did not resolved it that time and because of defective rims provided / suspension provided by BMW of Freehold in the 1st place when it was less than 6k miles driven. I requested them to replace rims at that time but they declined to do it. I guess, They did not fix problem in 1st place because they wanted to rip off money from customer for repair and part service . Within 28000 miles rim I had to replace rim and front tire and they did not consider anything under warranty.I requested them to consider at least 50% of repair and part cost under warranty but they declined that too. We wont not recommend BMW of Freehold to our friends and family /network anymore. MS More
They "forgot" to tell you about warranty you have I've moved couple of years to this area and never was really pleased from the service in this dealership. They never tried to go any extra mile for me I've moved couple of years to this area and never was really pleased from the service in this dealership. They never tried to go any extra mile for me, like my previous dealership in Mount Laurel, but it was convenient location for me. The last time was really disgusting. I've brought my 1.5 year BMW for a scheduled service, and mentioned that one of the tiers is loosing a pressure slowly. Mr. Allen Gin called me later that day, and said that it's FRT tire, and BMW doesn't allow to repair it (which is true). When I've asked how much will be the new tire for me, he said $450 + tax (I didn't buy a road hazard warranty and this is the full cost of the new tire). I was a little concerned about this estimate, and started my own research. It quickly appears, that ALL Flat Run Tires today, at least from Pirelli, have manufacture's road hazard warranty. I've called Pirelli customer service, and within 5 minutes got a response that any car dealership, that sells their tires, or sells cars, equipped with their tires, is an official Pirelli dealer and supposed to execute that warranty. Then I’ve stopped by Mr-Tire, the closest one to my home. They’ve called Pirelli and replaced my tire under the prorated warranty. Essentially, I had approximately half of the thread left on my tire, so it cost me 50% of the full tire price. In other words, Mr. Allen Gin “forgot” to mention the manufactures warranty, and was trying to get from me an additional 50% of the expensive tire cost, which is ~$196 + tax. Morever, I’ve spent another hour or so, and read carefully the BMW warranty book and the CD-ROM disk material, which comes with the car. Appeared, that all information about Pirelli road hazard warranty is there, and you can even get a claim form from the disc. BMW of Freehold immediately lost any trust and I will never service my car there again. While servicing a luxury reputable car in a certified dealership, I don’t want to do any additional research, read the fine print, be afraid of been overcharged, and etc… Please, be aware! More

He is knowledgeable and cares about the Customer Experience - nails it every time. BMW of Freehold will not over sell you on anything, they just try to help you. Seems like an easy concept but I have been to other luxury brand dealerships (not BMW) and observed them trying to shake every last dime out of you - what a disappointment. Absolutely no disappointment at BMW of freehold, just good old fashion business where you are treated like they want you coming back long term and recommending them to others. More
