Very bad experience. I bought a car pre owner 6 months ago and the car is falling apart , so many issues and now they said is not garanties . I went to the BMW dealer in Fort Myers today and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I got for a bad smell I had in my car. Everything I read online indicated that I had a problem with my pleasantly surprised at the level of service I got for a bad smell I had in my car. Everything I read online indicated that I had a problem with my catalytic converter or my battery. I spoke with the service manager Ken and he put me in touch with a service advisor named Jeremy and between the two of them they were able to diagnose the problem I had with the smell. I now know the cause of the bad odor and I will be able to address it in the future. My thanks go to both Ken and Jeremy for taking such good care of me. More

Once we zeroed in on a car we liked (it was an almost new "loaner") the business of negotiation and doing paperwork went smoothly, with the obligatory back and forth before the final price was agreed upon. The initial "front line" experience was with Scott, with the closing by Julian Nichifor who couldn't do more to make this experience smooth and glitch-free. Both are a pleasure to deal with. The inhouse "wizards" (2 of them) were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Steve is one of them. I called back 20 minutes later and spoke to the sales manager who said that the price we agreed was not the right price and that I was wrong and it’s my fault for taking so long to agree. Do not go to this dealership and do not do business with Julian or his Sales Manager. They are a bunch of snakes. More
