Blatenly lies to enhance his commission, doset care if he messes you up and cheats you out of a point or two as long has he gets a good commission. Be careful here. We caught him red handed. STAY AWAY! ! STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!! These guys are all a bunch of HIGHLY TRAINED master manipulators and liars!! I’ve purchased MANY vehicles from BMW and this ! STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!! These guys are all a bunch of HIGHLY TRAINED master manipulators and liars!! I’ve purchased MANY vehicles from BMW and this dealership is by far the worst!! They over charge for their vehicles by tens of thousands of dollars and then try to make you believe that you are getting a good deal!! I called on THREE separate occasions about a new BMW M3 and every single one of their salesman blew me off and never returned my call. In my opinion this dealership has the worst sales team that I have EVER experienced from all of the BMW dealerships that I’ve purchased my previous vehicles from. They want everything handed to them with putting in minimal work. They don’t care about you as a customer or if they keep you coming back as a repeat customer. All they care about is how much of your money they can get out of you while keeping you convinced that you are getting a good deal. So don’t buy here. Save yourself a headache, frustration, and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and Drive THISE extra miles to another BMW dealer who will treat you better. You will be glad that you did. ( I’m pretty sure that I’m going to get a response to this rating from BMW of Fort Myers filled with lies trying to make themselves look good because that’s what they do. They lie. ) More

I purchased a 2017 440i from BMW of Fort Myers on 3/15/2019 including a maintenance package, appearance protection package, and extended warranty. At the time of purchase I was handed a sheet of pape 3/15/2019 including a maintenance package, appearance protection package, and extended warranty. At the time of purchase I was handed a sheet of paper describing the maintenance package, which clearly laid out that it included 3 years/36,000 miles of service for $640. I was told this covered the first 3 services. I was never given a contract, simply the record of payment on the deal sheet. As this is a very low mileage vehicle, I was happy that it would cover the next 3 yearly services. When I went in for the year 2 service I found out the internal contract was dated back to the original owners purchase date and that it had expired. The salesman/sales manager (John and Troy) did offer to cover the second year service (a $100 value), if I brought it down to Fort Myers for service, but will not now cover the third service which is substantially more. A second issue involves the appearance package treatment that was supposedly applied in 15 minutes and I firmly believe was never applied. Bottom line on both issues, is that I definitely feel that I fell for two used car scams conducted by this dealership. More

I LOVE this dealership. I own a BMW X3, and every time I go for a car wash or to put pressures in my tires, the customer service associate Ryan is so nice and sweet.
