From start to finish my questions were answered promptly. Dealership lined up shipping where others told me know. Definitely good experience. Dealership lined up shipping where others told me know. Definitely good experience. More
Went in to purchase a $20,000 Camry and they treated like I was buying an $80,000 BMW. They were extremely efficient and buying from them was painless. Turns out they were trying do perform a bunch of unecessary things not required by warranty. Persons comment was "were not Germain BMW". Anyway will never use this dealer again, even with our next purchase. They do not operate like a luxury brand dealer. I have dealt with luxury brands for many years and this is the worst I have seen. I would avoid them at all costs. Very disapointed. More

But what really made me write this review is because of the financial department. The gentleman from finance, whose office had a picture of the front of a green G80 M4, that was doing all of my paperwork was friendly until he tried to upsell me on some maintenance package. I declined and said I didn’t want it. He stopped me asked again why I didn’t want it and after a short discussion he told me I was a “know it all”. It was a very quiet conversation after that. I tried asking a couple questions and was told one word responses. After leaving the dealership I had to stop and fill my new to me sedan up with gas because it was close to empty. This is my 4th car purchase and by far the worst one. I honestly never felt appreciated and this place left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of customer service. If I found this same car 100 miles away I would have easily taken the drive. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE More
I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service from the service technicians. It's frustrating to find that the service quality doesn't match the standard expected from a luxury vehicle brand. from the service technicians. Terrible dealer to work with. I reached out on a used Z4 they had listed, and asked for some out the door number to confirm any additional fees/final vehicle cost. The respons I reached out on a used Z4 they had listed, and asked for some out the door number to confirm any additional fees/final vehicle cost. The response I got was “Ok how soon can you head out your door and to our store today?” When I asked again for some out the door numbers since I’m not close to the dealership and pointed out that the car appeared to be over book value per KBB/CarGurus, I got back “The best price for the car is online. You just want us to add in your own taxes and cost to purchase?” What kind of dealer responds like this to customers? “Your own costs” is what I’m told when I ask for the breakdown of the taxes, fees (including THEIR dealer fee, add-ons, etc). It was like they were doing me a favor by responding and offering to sell me this vehicle. Truly an embarrassing experience for this dealership. It’s a beautiful car and I really was interested in making a purchase, but I’ll gladly look and take my business elsewhere. More
DO NOT BUY A USED BMW FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I should have read these reviews. I purchased a 2018 BMW 403i which I was told by the salesman on the phone was originally purchased at that dealersh I should have read these reviews. I purchased a 2018 BMW 403i which I was told by the salesman on the phone was originally purchased at that dealership and serviced there. I was also told that it was certified pre-owned which is the ONLY reason I bought it. I was explained that work had to be performed on it before they could sell it to me but they were not allowed to tell me what work was done. I find this odd as if something was being repaired wouldn't a new owner want to keep an eye on it to ensure the repair was done properly? When I arrived again I was met with the encouragement of the car always being serviced there and how they do such a high quality inspection of the vehicle to make sure it is ready to be sold to the next owner. When I arrived at the financing desk I was presented with an outrageous quote for a warranty. I strongly was encouraged to purchase the $3800 warranty as the parts on a convertible are very expensive to replace so I went ahead and moved forward with financing that into my loan. I have owned the car 9 months to the date today and have had nothing but issues. The first issues was that when I went to get a replacement tire for a flat I was told and shown that the tires were installed with the tread going in the wrong direction. I called the dealership to tell them how I had to spend money on have all tires corrected and the service manger could have cared less but was at least nice. This car has been garage kept. So the first time it is out in a heavy rain this past storm my entire radio/amplifier system and alerts went dead. After taking the car to another dealership closer to my home they stated that water was penetrating into the rear boot of the vehicle which caused the issue. My $3800 warranty does not cover the $3000 repair. Nor does it cover the water test I have still yet to do to see which seal is leaking because it is so costly. The ironic thing is that the hard cover convertible top has always made a creaking noise when I back out of my driveway. I assumed that was normal as I have never owned a convertible before. I called Ft. Myers BMW to explain my disgust that they sent me home in a car that was not in the condition I was told it was. And paid for a warranty that doesn't cover any issues I have had with the car. I first spoke with the service manager that was not helpful but actually kind. I asked for a phone call from a higher up and he stated he would have the sales manager contact me. Hysterically it happens to be the same person who sold me the car, Joe. Go figure. He was arrogant, condescending and literally scoffed at me during the entire conversation. He even told me that maybe a piece of dirt got in the top and it caused wear and tear. A piece of dirt? It's a freaking car that is driven outside!!!! I have never had a car salesman or manager talk down on me like I am an ignorant woman and willing to not even give me a drop of courtesy or advice. I am now $4000 in the hole and have to void my warranty to get any help with funds towards my repairs which that won't even cover. And I still don't know how I am going to get the water pressure test done to have the actually seal that is broken repaired. This place is the biggest rip off ever! More
