I PURCHASED A 2003 BMW X5 SUV IS BEAUTIFUL AT FORT MYERS BMW FOR 13,110 AS IS NO WARRANTY I WAS TOLD THE X5 WAS CHECKED OUT FROM FRONT TO BACK . THEY PUT NEW BRAKES,BUT NOT ROTORS THEY ARE WORN. This is my fourth BMW I have owned so far and I was interested in trading it in for a 2011 yesterday. But the experience I had yesterday was by far the worst in a long time. Came across as very arroga interested in trading it in for a 2011 yesterday. But the experience I had yesterday was by far the worst in a long time. Came across as very arrogant and condescending and after researching the price for the car I was looking at I also realized it was overinflated and at the same token the price for the trade in was way below blue book....overall very poor experience. I have had multiple bad experiences with this dealer. I first brought my convertable in to get the leak fixed in the roof which was going into the trunk. I showed them where the leak was and told them they could find it with a hose. They replaced the back window, charge me a fortune and it did not fix the leak. The second time they did what I said and fixed the back window leak (replaced the entire roof seal), which caused the front window to leak. They told the 3rd time that I needed an entire new roof, which includes another new rear window and roof seal. Would have been cheaper to do that the first time. Second my speedometer would not work. They had my car for over 2 months and at one point I did not hear from them for 3 weeks until I called them. When the car was finally returned there was a scratch across the hood and soem of the other items were not fixed. They kept it for another week to fix those issues. More
The employees of part department were very unfriendly, worked very slowly. I was order the parts from them and it's took to long to get it from them. They always changed the day of delivery. After being greeted quickly by Barry Marley, we were shown cars that we were shopping for and decided that what we thought we wanted was not really appropriate for us. We were shown the BMW 3 series and decided on a 335d after taking a lengthly test drive and having the features pointed out to us by Barry. We were impressed by how much time was spent with us without some sort of commitment from us to buy. After mentioning that we were being persued by a competitor of theirs they brought in the general manager (not the sales manager) to negotiate the final deal. My wife really beat him up pretty good concerning the price of our trade in but in the end, I think everyone was happy. The car is fabulous and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

Brought my vehicle (760 li) in twice for air conditioning service. Both times the a/c failed within days. When I called back in 95 degree weather to complain, I was told that I had to wait a week because t service. Both times the a/c failed within days. I have been a loyal BMW owner (3 vehicles at this time) but that's it for me. Called BMW customer service in Ohio, and got another runaround. Is it any wonder that Lexus is stealing so many BMW owners every day????? More
We live in the Florida Keys and there are no dealerships near us. We have had bad experiences at a few BMW dealerships and decided to try Ft Myers BMW. We showed up early without an appointment for an oil change. Cindy said she would get us in as soon as possible. She had one of the employees drive us to the BMW Motorcycle dealer down the street so that we could check out a bike while we were waiting. Then the same guy picked us up when we were ready and took us back to pick up our car about an hour later. It was ready and did not cost us a dime. Everything was perfect. We were impressed with the dealerships prompt and friendly service. We will definitely be returning to BMW of Ft Myers for all of our future service needs. More
Cindy is the best. I trust what she tells me needs to be done and she is always warm, friendly, and welcoming.
