I stopped into Ernhard BMW without an appointment and Chard Rossetter the Service Advisor helped me get in and out of there with a loaner car and to work on time. He arranged for the tire to be fixed and service to happen in that day. Great dealership and service representatives. More

Erhard of Farmington Hills is the best I have ever worked with. The service department is fantastic. They remember my name, my car and how I want things done. I can’t ask for anything more. The car technicians are top notch. I have never ( in 20 years now) had a problem with the repairs done or timelines of the work. The sales staff is terrific. Kurt is my hero. Overall, best dealership for service. Quality and honesty I have ever worked with. More
Poor diagnosis, had to use 2nd party to find issue. Dealership found not find cause of acceleration hesitation and electrical "weird faults" in January 2018. Engine lights on again and 2nd party noted it was a spark plug and worn coils. Must have been that way for many months. Vehicle serviced in July and dealer noted running as it should but still had some acceleration issues but no engine light. Now 1 year later, mis-diagnosis has lead to bad coils and a $991 bill. Plugs would have been a fraction of this cost!!! Dan Winters, service manager was very rude to wife and speaks down due to being a women. Do not use this dealer!!!!! More

Excellent sevice I bought my BMW 325i in because the spark plug light came on. I called Jason Betts service advisor, because I knew I paid 500.00 this summer for a tune-up.. Jason Betts said did not know that my car had a waring light for spark plug. Arrived at dealer Jason Betts says show me the warning light.. Jason Betts tells me that the technician mechanic forgot to program the service on my car. I like great a wasted trip. time and gas. I live in Detroit MI. I said by the way my car light bulb service light stays on Jason checked and told me that they are all working Jason Betts had my car washed took care of the spark plug issue gave me two roses. I exit the garage and put my car in reverse to see if they were working properly there glass on the garage door you can see reflection. The reverse left light was out. Jason Betts took the time and effort and replaced the bulb for me no charge.! More
Excellent service - Thank you for escalating an issue Driving a BMW diesel vehicle which comes with its issues revolving around the exhaust system. Factory warranty expired Nov 2017. Had issue w/ EGR cool Driving a BMW diesel vehicle which comes with its issues revolving around the exhaust system. Factory warranty expired Nov 2017. Had issue w/ EGR cooler which needed replacement and was quoted at ~$1,500 parts and labor. Asked service rep Jason to inquire at BMW of NA whether they could help. He did and I ended up w/ getting the issue taken care of by BMW of NA. Thank you Jason and BMW for accommodating a diesel enthusiast! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Just want to share my worst experience with one of your service dealership Date: 11/16/2016 ZERO STAR(s) All I can say is I WISH ERHARD BMW OF F Just want to share my worst experience with one of your service dealership Date: 11/16/2016 ZERO STAR(s) All I can say is I WISH ERHARD BMW OF FARMINGTON HILLS was not the only service dealership close to where I live. There I have received the WORST customer Service ever (). I understand if it happened to anyone who is a difficult customer but I am certainly not one of them instead I am there BMW Platinum Member. It happened to me multiple times now, when I went in to get my car washes, Oil changes & get treated like CRAP by the service reps. I had to walk out to the service desk to realize that my car is ready and I was only wasting my time & waiting in the sitting area. I bet this never happened to anyone at any car dealership. Imagine after eating all that continious bad behavior today from the service rep, you paid the bill, came to pick up your car & you sat in & start your car and get HONKED by the service rep & aggressively revving the engine to move your car. (Like literally in 30-40 sec). At the first you will think that he might have to take the car out as well but only when you realize that as soon as you move out they started giggling & stopped the car at your spot NO RESPECT AT ALL. To the owner who take his/her time to write the response: A small message to you, I read all the bad reviews & your almost same replies to them and was surprised to see that lot of people have shared the same experience as I did. Its such a Shame. Anyways At-least you will not see me or my car at your dealership again. Thank You & Have a Good Day More
