Very Good I recently had my 20182X BMW in the service department. It was in the body shop as well as in for service. I inadvertently left my grandson's car seat I recently had my 20182X BMW in the service department. It was in the body shop as well as in for service. I inadvertently left my grandson's car seat, a cupful of loose change in the cup holder, and my house keys in the car. The car was in the shop for 3wks. because parts had to be ordered. However, when I picked-up my car, everything that I had left was intact. I was pleased with the body work done and ecstatic to have my belongings. Debra More

I had my 3 year old daughter with me for a 2 hour long service on my car. The staff were amazing and quick on everything. very nice and courteous with both my daughter and I. World Class Service Been dealing with Erhard of Farmington Hills for 10 years or so. I have purchased and serviced 2 cars from them. These guys get it!!
