So now I have to put more air to this new tire. Technician could have checked how other tire pressures were set before releasing car. More

Everyone there really hustles and usually seems to care about doing a good job, especially the service advisors. Today, as always, Chad deserves a 5+ star review. Based on my total experience over the last few years, I give the service center four stars overall. Most of the time the service is great, even if very expensive. However, one time I made the mistake of waiting in the store for a previously-scheduled oil change, which ended up taking almost 3 hours (unacceptable). On another occasion, I think one of the technicians accidentally cracked my coolant reservoir while performing other engine work. On yet another occasion, they appear not to have tested the car after replacing the spark plugs; it turned out one of the new plugs was bad out of the box, but I only discovered it several miles down the road when the engine lost power. To Erhard's credit, they addressed the latter two problems free of charge, and I give them high marks because most of the time they get things right the first time. More
