Excellent service - Thank you for escalating an issue Driving a BMW diesel vehicle which comes with its issues revolving around the exhaust system. Factory warranty expired Nov 2017. Had issue w/ EGR cool Driving a BMW diesel vehicle which comes with its issues revolving around the exhaust system. Factory warranty expired Nov 2017. Had issue w/ EGR cooler which needed replacement and was quoted at ~$1,500 parts and labor. Asked service rep Jason to inquire at BMW of NA whether they could help. He did and I ended up w/ getting the issue taken care of by BMW of NA. Thank you Jason and BMW for accommodating a diesel enthusiast! More

This vehicle sets in the back parking lot of this dealership. While I continue to pay $800.00 a month payments. I WILL NEVER buy another BMW or recommend this dealership. Smile in your face to get your business. But don't stand behind their product. More
