They have excellent experience at this dealership. I have learned not to cut corners by taking my car to other auto repair services. Terrible! If I could give no stars I would. They didn’t correct the problem and still made me pay over 1000 for what they thought the problem may be. Gave nothing but excuses and wanted to guess with my ca correct the problem and still made me pay over 1000 for what they thought the problem may be. Gave nothing but excuses and wanted to guess with my car. And the manager was no help. Wanted me to bring the car back in and drop it off so that they could keep guessing and charging me. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. They literally threw their hands up in the air and said they didn’t know what could cause the issue. And sent me on my way like me and my car wouldn’t matter. I stayed at this location from 8am to 3pm and all they could do was offer me pizza. Such a slap in the face. I wish I was a white woman. I probably would not have got this treatment. They even replaced parts that they didn’t need to. And I asked for my parts back to be tested and the manager told me that he would check to see if they still had them. And he never called back. My third BMW so I know that it is illegal to not hold a customers parts for 48 hours. I’ve never had this experience anywhere else. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
