I came in before my scheduled time of the oil change at 8am and had to wait till they opened. They told me that they had to check the breaks also, which came from my computerized settings. I told them that I had to leave in two hours or two and a half hours at the latest for a meeting. The lounge was nice in the new car showroom. I waited and didn't hear anything, got a little frustrated, but the service guy came by before 10 am to tell me that I was finished. They changed the breaks which was covered by my extended warranty plan so I didn't have to pay. They didn't give a car wash so I could leave. The communication wasn't great but the work was fine and I was essentially satisfied. More
