If you really strive for higher standards, I'd suggest you send a few secret shoppers through the service experience and gauge the service delivered by each of your service advisors. I'm otherwise not looking for a resolution. I'm only reporting my experience. I was serviced. The next time I come in with my car to repair a warranty issue, I will insist that they show me the fix if it is again reported as no problem found. It is beyond me how the Ehrhard service ratings are mostly 5-stars. I don't see it. I've had better service experiences from my Jeep dealer. Oh and by the way, Most dealers include one special edition vehicle in their showroom. Not at Ehrhard. The showroom there is the exclusive domain of high performance and special edition M-sport models. Not a standard vehicle in sight. I suppose most of your customers come to spend $80-150K on a specialty cars. The rest of us should go fishing in the outside lot because, after all, run of the mill BMWs are yesterday's news. SMH.
