I was going to the Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills and found that I had to keep returning for the same issue a few times on more than one occasion. I reached my limit when the same thing happened not too found that I had to keep returning for the same issue a few times on more than one occasion. I reached my limit when the same thing happened not too long ago. Fed up with being told the problem had been resolved when it hadn't, I told them I would just take my car to where I bought it. One test drive later the service manager determined there was a problem and I was given an appointment for service. Looking forward to finally getting this issue resolved. More

A great dealership! I am am new to BMW. Had a software issue with my new X5. I showed up and 1 1/2 hrs I was out the door. Everyone was great from the rep to the tech that resolved my issue.
