Part of service was supposed to be checking air pressure in tires, particularly since I had to purchase one new tire and have all tires rotated and balanced. As I was driving down highway low pressure warni in tires, particularly since I had to purchase one new tire and have all tires rotated and balanced. As I was driving down highway low pressure warning came on. Right front tire pressure low. All other tires had different pressures. It makes me wonder what else was done. More

This dealership is exceptional, they went above and beyond to fix my car after I drove from Chicago to Farmington hills got there literally 5:57 pm when they close at six the service manager Chris was beyond to fix my car after I drove from Chicago to Farmington hills got there literally 5:57 pm when they close at six the service manager Chris was amazing took my car and try to see what was wrong with it diagnosis immediately there was a problem a leak in a hose that was causing my vehicle to overheat took the vehicle in even went out of his way to give me a ride to my hotel room service my vehicle and performed an oil change within six hours after opening up the next morning took me without an appointment based on an emergency situation period I cannot think this dealership enough, For the professionalism and the award-winning service that they actually showed me going above and beyond to service my vehicle period this is by far the best BMW dealership I’ve ever been involved with in the past 2527 years that I’ve been a BMW driver period thank you to everybody from this dealership you guys are the best you are exceptional 10 stars not five More
