It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I came prepared with my clean trade-in vehicle with Title and drove home in a beautiful new BMW. The whole process took less than 3 hours. Cody was great no pressure. Would have liked more detail red flag on bc the was an accident with the vehicle. Apparently I receive complimentary oil changes.
