BMW of Fairfield is definitely one of the best BMW dealerships in the USA. Lance Evans and Greg Locastro are excellent sales advisors. Lance and Greg are very customer service oriented and they both ensured I had a very pleasant car buying experience at the BMW of Fairfield dealership. The vehicle is absolutely stunning! In addition, Carl Dantes (BMW Genius) is excellent! He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I understood how all the amazing features in the BMW X1 worked. He did a great job explaining all the essential features of the BMW X1 and he ensured all my questions were answered. Carl Dantes is a valuable asset to the BMW of Fairfield dealership. His customer service skills are top notch and he has an amazing level of product knowledge. Lastly, Kendrick Yu (General Sales Manager) and Justin LeGrand-Logan (GM of BMW of Fairfield) both ensured that everything with the car buying experience at this dealership went very smoothly and efficiently. This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had in my life, I purchased this car on the 23rd of May, the car was shipped to me all scratched up and dirty, and for some odd reason my car has not had in my life, I purchased this car on the 23rd of May, the car was shipped to me all scratched up and dirty, and for some odd reason my car has not been registered, Nor did I get a temporary registration. It is now August the fourth which is my birthday. Most of the people that I Spoke to about the registration has been very misleading. And always come up with some reason to tell me that the car is not registered. And they don't know why and they're working on it. The Salesperson Stephen Staples was very misleading about the condition of a car, The registration clerk Stephon Rimpson was very upset because I asked him about what's the hold up on a registration? He replied, hes done everything that he can do to help me. And I act like I didn't help. He also stated that well, you didn't buy the car out, right? You financed it. I felt like this response was somewhat trying to be belittle me in addition to that every time I call the Nevada DMV they stated that Fairfield BMW hasn't sent them anything on this vehicle I don't know anybody that would be happy with this level of customer service. This dealership made me feel as if I was doing something wrong asking questions about why isn't my car registered. More

Worst experience I can ever remember having with a car salesperson or dealership. I came to BMW of Fairfield recently to buy a used car — the salesperson was Rich Stroter. I was looking for a Honda Ci salesperson or dealership. I came to BMW of Fairfield recently to buy a used car — the salesperson was Rich Stroter. I was looking for a Honda Civic for my 80-year old mother, and finally found one that was the right look and price that we wanted at Fairfield. I am an hour drive from the dealership, so after being told it would be ready to view at 11:30, then 1:30, then 4:00, we decided to see it the next morning. I asked Rich to let me know if the car sold at the end of the day so I didn't bother with the long drive the next morning for nothing. He texted me 15 minutes later to tell me there was another customer coming to see it at 6:15 that night. I called to see if I could hold the car, and he said I could do that with a $1000 deposit. At 5:45, I agreed to do the deposit and asked him to text me the paperwork. I asked if he could hold the car at that point, and he said yes. I then asked again just to be clear, telling him that I wanted to be sure that we didn't need to race through the paperwork before the customer got there at 6:15, and he said not to worry. He then slow-rolled the forms (it took at half hour to send the first form), I'm guessing so that he could gauge the other sale prospect and try to work both sales at once -- despite what he had told me. I returned the first form within minutes and then sent my license and insurance, and asked for the payment link. It was around then that he told me there would be an extra $999 payment for an “appearance package.” When I told him I didn't want that, he said he'd try to remove it but that "in most cases we do not take it off." It is a deceptive business practice under CA law to have a hidden cost like that. Ultimately, he did agree to remove that cost (and I’m used to the standard undercoating pitch), but presenting it as something they might not be able to remove was again deceptive. After that, he abruptly went silent. No communication for the rest of the night -- just totally ghosted me, even though we were right in the middle of the transaction and I was just waiting for the payment link and had agreement on price. It took until the next day around noon for him to admit they had sold to the other customer. I am shocked at this sort of treatment from a BMW dealership — it was dishonest and deceptive. I would never give this dealership my business and would urge others to stay away if this is how they do business. More
First off, I’d like to say that I have never purchased a used car. After calling BMW of Fairfield, I reached Jordan and explained what I was interested in, I set an appointment for my son and I to take a l used car. After taking it all in, and going thru the inventory, we were about to end our call when Jordan brought to my attention a model I might be interested in. He sent a video presentation and I liked the car and I had a good feeling, my son would to! So instead of waiting till the next day, we went to take a look! Did a test drive and I decided make the purchase. Overall experience was like buying a brand new car! Let me say, my credit score is just good/fair. So I wasn’t expecting a low finance rate, just something comfortable. Their finance guy worked thru a bunch of lenders, and guess what! The best rate came from my financial institution……Golden 1 Credit Union! It was a good rate, based my FICO. I am very pleased with doing business with BMW of Fairfield! More
