I was really not looking forward to buying a new car because the car that I thought was my forever car had been in a collision & totaled. I decided to go to BMW in Fairfield and Greg came out to meet & because the car that I thought was my forever car had been in a collision & totaled. I decided to go to BMW in Fairfield and Greg came out to meet & greet us, my entire demeanor changed. He was absolutely the best at explaining everything in detail, there was even snacks and water available to us. I bought a car immediately, & he has been following up on everything that is pertinent to me. I am completely satisfied with the purchase of the car, and he has kept in touch with me, calling to make sure that everything is to my satisfaction.
