Horrible customer service. Kept pushing off the day I was supposed to get my car back and would not give me a rental. He also had the car re-detailed, and provided me with a video after it was complete, prior to me, making the 900 mile journey to Fairfield. During my journey, an issue arose with my trade-in vehicle, and ultimately, I felt that Fairfield gave me a fair deal, especially under the circumstances.
