Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle. Gave me an outstanding deal on a trade. Very happy with that however my whole experience wasn’t perfect. They misplaced one of the keys, it’s been over 7 days now and I am still waiting for an expected date to receive my second key which is required as it was a certified BMW. More
