I always request Ms Frankie Johnson be assigned as my Service Advisor. Ms Johnson is the consummate professional and provides particularly useful advice. She consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service qualities and is a true asset to the BMW of Fairfax Service Team. In my opinion, Ms. Johnson is deserving of recognition far beyond that accorded superior service representatives. More

BMW of Fairfax = worst dealership ever Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but three times. After calling on multiple occasions to get my driver airbag replaced because of a safety recall, they told me on 3 separate occasions that the part had been ordered and they would call me when it arrived for replacement. After 3 months, and calling each month to check, without it arriving but them assuring me that it was just taking a long time, I call today and they now tell me there is no record of them having ordered the part for my car. But they offer to order the part today. Yeah, that's a lot of help while I've been driving a car with a potentially faulty airbag. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will tell anyone I can that BMW of Fairfax is the worst BMW dealership. Customer satisfaction = 0. Thanks BMW of Fairfax for nothing. More
