So far so good I purchased my 2017 320i in March and it needed an oil change so I decided to go to BMW of Fairfax as it is convenient for me. Wildly over and double-charged for service. My 2011 128i experienced a sudden and complete lack of electrical power. I had no other option expect to have the tow-truck drop my car off at BMW of My 2011 128i experienced a sudden and complete lack of electrical power. I had no other option expect to have the tow-truck drop my car off at BMW of Fairfax, the same dealership where my wife bought her car. When they later called they quoted a jaw-dropping $650 just to replace a battery! Since my car was not moving until it had a new battery, I had little choice but to agree to this extortion. It's worth noting my wife had the battery on her 328 xDrive, at the same place, at a fraction of the cost. Talking to the service manager I learned that $250 was for the battery, $400 was for the 'service' of resetting the car's on-board computer. I asked if they had a team of programmers writing code at $200 an hour, he said no, and admitted that they were charging $400 to plug in a computer. Again, $400 to plug in a computer. "But it sits in a service bay" was his excuse, which I might have bought except that (a) its a computer doing the work while the technician can be working on another car and (b) they charged me $400 for the labor of the computer AND labor costs for flushing the brake system which the service manager said was done AT THE SAME TIME. What ever happened to voltage regulators? If it's replaced with a computer, I bet BMW is clever enough to have a system that re-calibrates itself when a new battery is installed. No, I cannot imagine any scenario where $650 is not the price one pays to a dealership that takes advantage of a stranded BMW owner. More

We have dealt with Frankie and BMW of Fairfax for over 15 years with complete satisfaction. Very customer focused. Frankie makes you feel like you are her only customer. When we schedule service, it's always through Frankie. She is the Best. Robert, the Technician, that most often services our vehicles, takes the time to talk with customers and go into depth on the vehicle status. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. We purchase our vehicles based on the Service Department. Our most recent purchase was from BMW Fairfax because of the Service Department, specifically Frankie and Robert. More

I was early, but he took my car and paperwork right away and g My 2007 BMW needed retiring done in a recall. Your agent Laszlo met me as I drove in. I was early, but he took my car and paperwork right away and got the process underway. He showed me to your lounge for waiting and pointed out your shuttle desk in case I wanted to go out. He also explained the process to me and said I would be called to the cashier when the car was ready. I was told it could take up to three hours, but it took only two. Laszlo came back with the paperwork when the job was done. After I had signed, he found someone to locate my car and bring it to the front. My whole experience with your service department was excellent. More
