The Service Representative was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, answered all of my questions with detailed knowledge demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and was able to succinctly put her responses in easily understood laymen's terms. The service representative listened to me patiently and was able to accurately interpret my very imprecise descriptions of my perceived potential issues with my vehicle. It was obvious that she is a consummate professional. Her time estimate for service was accurate (considering I waited for the vehicle to be serviced in an extremely comfortable waiting area) and I left the dealership service facility very happy! Overall, an excellent experience!! More

Always delivers This dealership is responsive and service oriented (I had a Mercedes and believe me their service was nothing like this - plus the cost...). Yes, they are a dealer so buyer beware as in all shopping but they are informative, responsive and work hard to deliver what they promise. I am very happy with the level of service only wish it was closer to my home and office but it's worth the drive IMO. And Mark Stout is excellent - as is their whole team. They know I don't want to spend my life waiting at the dealer and they quickly get me on my way - even with a loaner when I need one - as fast and efficiently as possible. I sincerely appreciate this!! More
