First experience was a good one I brought my X5 in for some scheduled recall work and asked for them to check another problem. That turned out to be something pretty significant and I brought my X5 in for some scheduled recall work and asked for them to check another problem. That turned out to be something pretty significant and costly but my service advisor, Frank, walked me through all the details as if he were making decisions for his own car. He communicated with me throughout the process, made sure I had a loaner car, and even noticed my car was due for the safety inspection without me mentioning it. I appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail and will certainly use and recommend this dealership for service in the future. More

The lowest rating I would dow. I had bad experience about this dealer with my old X5 a few years back. It charged me thousands dollars twice on an oil leak without fixing the leak. I had bad experience about this dealer with my old X5 a few years back. It charged me thousands dollars twice on an oil leak without fixing the leak. I mean cheating. I learned about the dishonesty of the dealer when taking my car to an independent mechanics. Of course Fairfax Bmw fixed immediately without asking (so they know it). I resent it to come back since. This time I need to get my first service on a brand new car and work about a few miles from this dealer. I called for an appointment and got the 7 am the next day. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 and saw staff coming in and out but no one bothers to receive us (they are a few of us waiting) until 7. Once in, the service advisor was nice and got my oil change in a few hours. However, the dealer does not have any loaner so I took the shuttle to work. This is a below service standard for any BMW that I know. Note that this is my 3rd BMW. I wish that the manufacturer can do something about this place. But one thing for sure I won’t come back and not recommend to anyone. Remark this review concerns only about this dealership NOT the service advisor. More
