Excellent Dealer Support After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with Allen Capaldi, my Service Adviser, Darren Andre (Head Genius) and a service technician, the problem was that my 2012 550Xi would not support the apps any longer. Darren got on the phone with BMW NA and my service fee was refunded. The team Allen put together was outstanding and although I am disappointed with the results, I compliment the them on a fine job!!. More
