Frankie is one of those rare individuals wh For as long as we have used BMW Fairfax, we have been blessed to have Frankie Johnson manage our service. Frankie is one of those rare individuals who can keep all parts in control no matter the problem. She is a godsend for those of us who have bought and keep using the BMW; and, still rely on Frankie. She knows what needs to be done, the related costs and time to service;and her communication skills are excellent. I would probably have a real problem if Frankie would leave . It would be a mess. You just have to experience Frankie's efficiency and dominance to understand what my wife and I value in Frankie's approach. At one point in my life, I owned two companies.
