Customers are treated very well at Fairfax BMW I brought my 11-year old BMW in to have several recall repairs performed. BMW gave me a new X3 to drive for the day! He gave me a call mid-morning to say the tech had found an oil leak that required a gasket change. He gave me the price and I approved the repair. When I picked up the car, the check out process was fast and easy. Plus, my car had been completely cleaned and washed. All in all, a terrific experience! More
