Excellent service, very attentive and good communication I had several items that had to be attended to on this visit to the servicce department and one of them was a costly repair pertaining to the transfer I had several items that had to be attended to on this visit to the servicce department and one of them was a costly repair pertaining to the transfer box housing. B/c this has been an issue that was linked to a drive shaft recall but not explicitly part of the recall, my service advisor Thomas Grant and Manager Konrad did right by me and took the issue to BMW North America. I was very happy with the outcome and they provided excellent service. It is very encouraging to see the service department take an issue up the chain as it is a defect with the car and do right by the customer. I will continue to bring my business to BMW of Fairfax service department. More
