My Service Advisor, Dena Van, was outstanding in explaining what was needed and getting me a loaner Car. In the Parts Department, I was greeted by Richardson, who remembered me from more than 15 years ago. I had an opportunity to visit with Neils Riberio in the sales department to briefly discuss options for upgrading my vehicle. He was fantastic and has done a great job helping many of my friends with their vehicle needs. It is great to have a local top-notch BMW dealership in my neighborhood that is putting the members of their team first so that they can deliver the highest quality of service. He’s an avid BMW enthusiast and understands the cars and he has a lot experience from working on BMWs himself. He’s the absolute best Service Writer I’ve ever worked with in my 35 years of owning BMWs and other performance cars. More
I was traveling into Fairfax from Atlanta (a 700-miles drive) and my 2014 750li flashed a warning light alerting me that I needed to add engine coolant. After realizing that there are two engine coolant systems, one for the engine and one for the turbo charger, I decided that it would be best to have the BMW professionals take a look at my car to confirm that there wasn't anything grossly wrong (e.g., a leak in the radiator, or a bad radiator cap). I made an appointment with Fairfax BMW Service through its online forum, and I brought my car in for service. I was met by a very friendly and inviting service agent, who listened to my tale of woe, and asked me to take a seat in their nicely appointed waiting area. I had lust grabbed a cup of coffee and started to settle in, when my service agent reappeared to let me know that they checked under the car and saw no signs of leaks and that they added some coolant to the turbo charger, and that my car was ready to go. To top things off, they did not charge me anything for this courtesy service, even though they knew that I was from Atlanta and would not be patronizing their service center in the future. Its acts like this that restore my faith in car dealerships and service providers. Kudos to BMW of Fairfax service for doing the right thing for another BMW owner. More
I was assigned Frankie Johnson as my SA. It took her over an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. She wouldn’t give me a loaner as she said none were available. after complaining, she told me th an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. While I was at the dealership, I noticed there were several loaners available and brought this up. Frankie said they were all reserved for the next week. I guess my $1k of service wasn’t enough for her despite the inconvenience for me. I’ll take my business to passport from now on. More
In 45 years of owning vehicles I have never had a more pleasant experience in dealing with a service manager. I met with David to discuss periodic service and he was very attentive to my needs and walked pleasant experience in dealing with a service manager.
