Car was brought for repairs; estimated time to fix 5 days. Inquired about a loaner vechile, and said it was impossible. Inquired further, as we all know its not impossible. Said sure, put me on it. Inquired again on Day 5, and said a loaner will be ready in 1 hour. HAHAAHHA Did not hear back from my advisor. Ok moving forward to Day 11( with no replacement vechile): Receive a voice message that a Loaner is avaiable. HAHAHA this guy has to be kidding me! My Immediate thought is how much LONGER WILL IT TAKE THE DEALERSHIP to fix the repairs. Called back, & 1st question is my car ready, beacuse your detailed VM identifying me and my car, said a loaner is avaiable. The idiot advisor literally puts on a fake voice ands say Surprise it is! Conclusion, they treat they customers like IDIOTS< so dont be an Idiot and take your car here. I will neverwaste my time and put myself in a postion with this Dealership again. Calls to BMWNA were made, and just told they cannot do anything as it is an Indepently owed Dealership.. SPEND YOUR TIME AND $$$$$$$ ELSEWHERE More

We recently purchased our second BMW from James, the first a 3 series and this time an X5. James was extremely professional during the entire process and even so during the most recent purchase. The used car salesmen from BMW of Fairfax and xxxx rude. (And I am not exaggerating it). Go check it out for yourself, I have been there to test and drive cars at 4 different instances when buying BMW's (And I am not exaggerating it). These guys think they are paying us money to buy their cars!!! - Although we personally loved 2 cars in 2 different instances. We didnot buy it from them just because of the attitude and professionalism the folks at BMW of Fairfax show when talking to prospective buyers. In both these instances we both it from BMW of Sterling. I am writing this so that other people will read what kind of business these people do. We are the one paying their salaries by our purchases, those dimwits dont understand! More

I had been shopping for 3+ months looking for a new 3 series convertable and found BMW of Fairfax on one of the many auto sales websites. I called the dealer and spoke with Ayesha who e-mailed me additi series convertable and found BMW of Fairfax on one of the many auto sales websites. I called the dealer and spoke with Ayesha who e-mailed me additional information on the vehicle promptly and passed my information onto Rey. Rey & I spoke several times including a return call on his day off when he was on a boat in the middle of the Potomac River. We made an appointment, met and test drove the vehicle. We liked it but did not love it until my wife asked if they had one with the wood trim on the inside vs the silver. Rey located one almost identical with the wood trim, we fell in love and went into negotiation mode. We settled on a price that in my many months of comparison shopping was exceptional. While we were waiting for the car to clear detailing Rey reviewed the operation of the vehicles controls, features and I Drive system with us hands on in another vehicle on the lot. We have received a follow up call after our purchase to see if we had any additional questions. I would highly reccomend Rey and his dealership. Heck we drove over 3 hours and passed many other BMW shops to get there. More

If I could give this car dealer a zero star I would. I order a 2013 X6 from this dealer on February 2012 and they said car will be ready on May. Since May I'm calling their sales representative name ASAD order a 2013 X6 from this dealer on February 2012 and they said car will be ready on May. Since May I'm calling their sales representative name ASAD KHAN who sold me the car, and he told me my car will be there next production each time I called him. Finally I called him on July and he said there are people willing to pay more than me and I have to wait. Right now, I have go through same process again with different dealer and wait again. This is ridicules. I would highly NOT recommend this dealer and sales representative. More
