I purchased a demo 335d that with 15K miles and had a very positive experience with the used car division at BMW of Fairfax. My sales agent was Mike Navidi and he was a pleasure to work with. During our test drive, my home alarm system had tripped and he encouraged me to extend the test drive to check out the house and speak to the police. All was good and Mike was entirely understanding throughout the ordeal. Mike is passionate about his product and that translated into a pleasurable purchase experience. The car did not have mats, but Mike ensured that they were added to the "we owe" statement as part of the deal. All in all, I believe I received a fair deal from BMW of Fairfax and will begin our search there when it is time to replace my wife's vehicle. The car has half of the BMW "no cost maintenance" warranty and I will post a follow-up review of their service facility in a few months. More
The folks here are perhaps THE WORST car salesmen in the entire Northern Virginia area. Extremely rude, incompetent and do not even honor deals that they said they would to begin with. We got a call from BMW Fairfax saying they would honor a deal we had asked for online. I double-checked with the salesman on the phone to make sure it wasn't the usual car dealership schpeel that you get -- the salesman said "we will definitely offer you this deal if not better it... come in to lock the price." So we drove 20 miles to get to the dealership and met with the sales manager, Pete. Now, Pete is perhaps the rudest salesperson you will ever meet. He says right off the bat that they wont honor the deal without EVEN listening to why we were there. Then he puts his hands to our face to interrupt me and my wife from talking. He talks over us and tells us that we are raising our voice. Then he walks out while we're explaining the situation saying he doesn't want to listen to us. Does not apologize, does not EVEN agree it's a mistake on their part. Simply walks out. It was the rudest we have been treated by any customer service rep ever. This should not be surprising to anyone who has dealt with BMW Fairfax in the past. Their online yelp and google reviews are abominable and I witnessed it first hand today. I am filing a complaint with BBB and will call BMW to personally lodge a complaint against this dealership. This is bad reputation for BMW, ultimately. More
James Duerbeck is amazing! He really went above and beyond and made everything so easy and enjoyable. My car (made to order) was ready within weeks (much quicker than expected), and he was very communi beyond and made everything so easy and enjoyable. He makes himself readily available to his clients and always answers questions/returns phone calls promptly. He spent a lot of time with me going over all the features of the car, etc. when I picked it up, and he was extremely knowledgable and receptive to questions. He even helped arrange to have my old car shipped across the country to the new owner, and let me leave it in his lot until it was picked up by the shipper. The whole process could not have been easier or more enjoyable, and James is absolutely the reason for that! He is fantastic, work with him if you can...you'll be glad you did! More
Overall, my experience dealing with BMW of Fairfax has been excellent. Originally I was going to customer order a car. Also, they provided timely update on where the car was during the transfer and even was able to deliver it a couple days earlier than BMW planned date. Lastly, the final contract was a breeze. No high pressure sales, but rather a smooth process. Overall, I would highly recommend Dennis Wang and Rey Wolmer for a BMW purchase. More

I went in looking for a 3 series. My friend who works in a different department recommended me to Mr. James Duerbeck. The best part when we were negotiating about the car, he was very honest and did not rip me off.
