Excellent service at competitive prices I have 3 older and newer BMWs and take all of them to BMW of Fairfax. One may think why pay the higher labor rates. In actuality, BMW of Fairfax labor rates are within a few dollars of any of the independent BMW specialist repair shops that I have checked in my area. I used to take my cars to independent shops, but while their labor rates have been rising every year, BMW of Fairfax labor rates have stayed pretty steady. On top of that they do excellent work and warrant it for 2 years, instead of the usual 1 year. Andreea my service adviser always is a pleasure to work with and very straight forward and honest. I also while waiting use their their WIFI to get work done, and they offer free refreshments. Overall very happy with the experience. More

Mr. Duerbeck knows more about BMWs, and cars in ge We recently purchased a 4 series convertible with the help of Mr. James Duerbeck at BMW of Fairfax. Mr. Duerbeck knows more about BMWs, and cars in general, than anyone I have met before. He maintained a service first mentality throughout the whole relationship. He was always quick to provide answers to our questions, as well as providing multiple options to decisions we needed to make. He was always calm in working through any problems we presented, and I have to admit we provided a number of tough problems to resolve. Frankie Johnson, another key leader in Service at BMW of Fairfax, recommended Mr. Duerbeck to us. I would definitely pass on the recommendation. I hope he is in place for our future purchases! More
Audi girl converts to BMW So I thought I was an "Audi only" girl...my lease for my A5 (which I loved and was obsessed with) was ending and I wanted a new lease....the rates wer So I thought I was an "Audi only" girl...my lease for my A5 (which I loved and was obsessed with) was ending and I wanted a new lease....the rates were ridiculous even with our "preferred customer rate" since we have had 3 Audis in our household. long story short....I walked away pretty ticked off....till I was referred to James Duerbeck at BMW. He quickly understood what I needed based on general details and my budget....he literally walked me through every step and helped me find the perfect car (320xi). Obviously it is a great car, but what was more exceptional was the service. James helped me through every step (he even set up a bunch of personalized settings in the car before I sat in it for the first time - really nice touch...and he even had his number on speed dial in case I had any questions, set up my iPhone apps, and went through every feature possible...ya, doesnt get better than that.) If you need a great car and even better service....call James Duerbeck at BMW Fairfax- he is the best. More
My Best Experience In Leasing A Car When I entered the showroom I was looking for a Used Car sales person. I believed a used BMW met my needs. I was then introduced to James Duerbeck. When I entered the showroom I was looking for a Used Car sales person. I believed a used BMW met my needs. I was then introduced to James Duerbeck. James offered me options that were not offered to me at any of the 3 BMW dealerships I visited to trade in my 2010 X5. James was able to structure a dealer that put me in a 2015 5 series. James and the sales team are excellent to work with. They made my experience pleasurable which I never thought I could say about a car dealership. When picking up my new 5 series James went through all the cars options and his knowledge of BMW's is exceptional. I would recommend BMW of Fairfax to anyone looking to buy a new or used BMW. More

The car was returned to me with windshield wipers that were chipping the paint (supposed to be new wiper blades - their cost $155 for OEM parts worth $54. Installed a new winshield washer bottle, the screws to secure the unit were lying on top of the engine and unit was resting on side of engine compartment. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS OUTFIT!!! More

Alex, who is the most stubborn and ignorant salesman I ever met, just blew off the day. Seems to be kind in the first place but you should not have pushed it. I can see Chris, whose name was mentioned in numerous reviews but never the name Alex. I was first scheduled to meet Chris but do not know why Alex was appointed. It would have been a different story if I had the conversation with Chris. Alex, you should not have pushed it and should change your attitude when talking with a customer. Were you showing such behavior because your are aligned with the guideline and manual provided by BMW? You said it yourself, you are part of BMW, 1 billion car selling Fortune 500 company and if this the quality BMW provides, I am very disappointed. Good that my wife stopped me from buying the car from this dealer, for I was able to close a deal with BMW Alexandria, which provided a million times better service and experience than you did. Attention, if you are looking for used BMWs, go somewhere else. It is never worth the travel for they will give you excuses for trying to sell the car only by the price set by the system. If you can not provide flexibility, at least provide some manners. More

James helped me with my recent purchase of a BMW and the overall experience was remarkably straight forward and fair. James carefully listened to what type of vehicle and options I was looking for. He then located a vehicle in the color and options that I was looking for, after which we negotiated a fair price. As it turned out, through no fault of James or BMW of Fairfax, the vehicle we identified was not available requiring us to locate a second vehicle and negotiate a (fair) price again. Throughout the process, James could not have been more patient or professional with no pressure to purchase. After the purchase James spent an hour (after the dealership was closed) explaining the various systems in the vehicle and has offered to spend additional time with me if I have additional questions.
