Worked with a great specialist, James Duerbeck, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and hard-working; he worked with us to figure out various options for finding what we wanted with no pressure whatsoever. In the end we ordered a car with what we wanted and were very pleased with the fair price. It's a great car, and overall it was a pleasant car-buying experience and worth the drive to VA for us. More

The price was fair and the trade-in was slightly better than Car-Max and we were very happy. The best part of our car buying was dealing with the sales person. Rudy Herrera not only sold me the car, explained all the options on the car, took care of making sure everything was perfect, but followed up to be sure we were happy. I got the feeling that he was looking out for our interest and not his. As I told him, its refreshing to find people who treat their work as more than a job. More

Listen to your customer! I have been in the market for a CPO 3-series for some time now. As I was headed home, I noticed one in particular on their lot and therefore, took a q I have been in the market for a CPO 3-series for some time now. As I was headed home, I noticed one in particular on their lot and therefore, took a quick peek. As the vehicle did not have the expiration of the CPO warranty, I grabbed the stock number and proceeded inside. Prior to getting out of my car, a representative asked what I needed and I stated that I was going inside to ask a quick question on a CPO vehicle. He asked me what the question was and I inquired that I was looking for the expiration date of the vehicle. He said that the information can be found on their website. At the time, I was not near a computer terminal and my phone was almost dead, so I was not able to just hop on their website. When walking in the showroom, asked if I was just here to ask questions. I thought that this was somewhat rude as I was a potential client. The representative then asked what I needed (again). I explained again that I was seeking the information that I had asked for outside. They responded with, "What information did you ask me outside?" Seriously?! I gave him the stock number and my question and he is asking AGAIN what information I was looking for. I was surprised that they were nice enough to pull the information up online, with my guidance. I finally was able to get my question answered and their first question was, "So are you ready to purchase they vehicle today?" I hadn't even driven the vehicle and was so disgusted with their attitude that I just walked out the door. It reminded me of, back in the day, how it used to be like purchasing a Kia or Ford; get them in and out as fast as possible. Never again will I come back to this dealership even though I live a few blocks away. More
