I was early, but he took my car and paperwork right away and g My 2007 BMW needed retiring done in a recall. Your agent Laszlo met me as I drove in. I was early, but he took my car and paperwork right away and got the process underway. He showed me to your lounge for waiting and pointed out your shuttle desk in case I wanted to go out. He also explained the process to me and said I would be called to the cashier when the car was ready. I was told it could take up to three hours, but it took only two. Laszlo came back with the paperwork when the job was done. After I had signed, he found someone to locate my car and bring it to the front. My whole experience with your service department was excellent. More

Their strategy was to sell the car prior to lease return and then charge for normal wear. Ridiculous! No one can beat the price and customer service experience provided by BMW of Fairfax.
