I can tell the difference in customer service as I previously leased a vehicle from BMW of Sterling and they ripped me off during the lease return. Their strategy was to sell the car prior to lease return and then charge for normal wear. Ridiculous! No one can beat the price and customer service experience provided by BMW of Fairfax.
