Always good service Laszlo was great, he met me at the entrance bay. Excellent Dealer Support After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with Allen Capaldi, my Service Adviser, Darren Andre (Head Genius) and a service technician, the problem was that my 2012 550Xi would not support the apps any longer. Darren got on the phone with BMW NA and my service fee was refunded. The team Allen put together was outstanding and although I am disappointed with the results, I compliment the them on a fine job!!. More

The BMW team was great from Erick to the finance manager to the office managers. They were all professional in their talks with me, never pushed the additional add-ons too excessively once they knew I wasn't interested. More

First experience was a good one I brought my X5 in for some scheduled recall work and asked for them to check another problem. That turned out to be something pretty significant and I brought my X5 in for some scheduled recall work and asked for them to check another problem. That turned out to be something pretty significant and costly but my service advisor, Frank, walked me through all the details as if he were making decisions for his own car. He communicated with me throughout the process, made sure I had a loaner car, and even noticed my car was due for the safety inspection without me mentioning it. I appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail and will certainly use and recommend this dealership for service in the future. More
