No pressure, no effort to up-sale, total honesty and transparency. We got a very fair deal on our Audi 6 trade in and a great price on the new BMW. To anyone out there trying to decide between these two, go BMW!! It’s a true luxury car, not an upgraded VW. Ryan and Jafar were very helpful as well, taking time to explain the pluses and minuses of lease versus sale. Overall, a superb car buying experience. We are converts to BMW.
