Straightforward Pricing I found a certified used BMW I was interested in while searching on the BMW website. We came into the dealership, looked at the car and had our trade I found a certified used BMW I was interested in while searching on the BMW website. We came into the dealership, looked at the car and had our trade appraised. The car looked very nice, but was still in the preparation process. The trade value they quoted me was low, but the salesman suggested I go to CarMax and get it appraised. I tried to negotiate on the cars price but they really would not budge in any significant way. So, we left without making a deal and moved on to CarMax. CarMax gave us a better written offer for our trade, but did not have any vehicles we liked and their pricing seemed high. After returning home, I did some more research and found that BMW of Fairfax is a no-haggle dealer. I also found out that their pricing was very competitive compared to others in the area. I called our salesman and he matched CarMax's offer on our trade, took a deposit on the BMW and arranged for financing. We picked up the BMW yesterday and my wife is very happy with the purchase. I would go back to BMW of Fairfax to buy another car the next time I'm in the market. More

Work that was supposed to be done was not. In these days it is imperative to speak and tell the truth when you are in the customer service arena. I purchase a 2017 VW Jetta GLI from Fairfax BM In these days it is imperative to speak and tell the truth when you are in the customer service arena. I purchase a 2017 VW Jetta GLI from Fairfax BMW. They told me that they change the oil and conduct other related service to include detailing the vehicle. the only thing that was done correctly was repairing the wheels. Other than that that the oil, filter to include air filers and outher items was not service. So upon arriving home, I did an examination on the vehicle and come to find out that none of the things they said that was done was NOT completed. The following day I took the vehicle to an authorized VW dealership to go over the entire vehicle and report back to me on the findings. Yes the car only had 9,000 miles and looks in excellent condition but lying to me and showing me a fake invoice did not set well with me. It is important to note that I also have a BMW and also use this dealership for all my service in which I have received EXCELLENT service until now. The sales and finance managers we excellent and they took good care of me. My complaint was is that the truth not told to me which cost me additional money to have the VW dealership replace the oil and all related filters. This reason above is why I will NOT recommend Fairfax BMW pre-owned vehicles. I do hope and trust that they look into this, correct the deficiencies and regain the public's trust. More

The lowest rating I would dow. I had bad experience about this dealer with my old X5 a few years back. It charged me thousands dollars twice on an oil leak without fixing the leak. I had bad experience about this dealer with my old X5 a few years back. It charged me thousands dollars twice on an oil leak without fixing the leak. I mean cheating. I learned about the dishonesty of the dealer when taking my car to an independent mechanics. Of course Fairfax Bmw fixed immediately without asking (so they know it). I resent it to come back since. This time I need to get my first service on a brand new car and work about a few miles from this dealer. I called for an appointment and got the 7 am the next day. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 and saw staff coming in and out but no one bothers to receive us (they are a few of us waiting) until 7. Once in, the service advisor was nice and got my oil change in a few hours. However, the dealer does not have any loaner so I took the shuttle to work. This is a below service standard for any BMW that I know. Note that this is my 3rd BMW. I wish that the manufacturer can do something about this place. But one thing for sure I won’t come back and not recommend to anyone. Remark this review concerns only about this dealership NOT the service advisor. More
