Frankie is one of those rare individuals who can keep all parts in control no matter the problem. She is a godsend for those of us who have bought and keep using the BMW; and, still rely on Frankie. She knows what needs to be done, the related costs and time to service;and her communication skills are excellent. I would probably have a real problem if Frankie would leave . It would be a mess. You just have to experience Frankie's efficiency and dominance to understand what my wife and I value in Frankie's approach. At one point in my life, I owned two companies.
