Lazlos was sharp in every regard, from his appearance to his interactions with me. He was friendly and attentive, two simple characteristics rarely seen in the service industry these days. He kept me informed of my car's progress throughout the service experience. Terrible service I have had some great service and some poor service from this dealership. This time was the worst. My advisor was Marc.
