They take appointments efficiently - incl directly from our new BMW's ConnectedDrive - and are ready for me when I arrive for my appointment. The SAs we've had are very professional and courteous. They make recommendations and help assess how important and urgently to address any issues. They don't seem to 'over sell' the typical high-profit items, but make helpful suggestions. This time, my SA walked me over to the Parts desk so we could discuss getting a set of winter wheels and tires for my X-Drive convertible. All maintenance service was performed as I requested, on time, and all my questions were answered. My car was returned in clean condition, and the cashier applied all available discounts with a smile. This was a very typical experience at this service department, I'm happy to report. More

Repair of 335CI BMW BMW of fairfax continued to provide outstanding service to my vehicles when they repaired my 335CI on Sept 13, 2018. They also noticed that my State BMW of fairfax continued to provide outstanding service to my vehicles when they repaired my 335CI on Sept 13, 2018. They also noticed that my State inspection would be due in a few weeks and recommended to complete that as well.
