Verbal Only Customer Service I brought my car for an oil change. When I came home I found a recall notice in the mail on the vehicle. I called the dealership asking why the reca I brought my car for an oil change. When I came home I found a recall notice in the mail on the vehicle. I called the dealership asking why the recall fix was not completed with the oil service. BMW of Fairfax explained that I did not ask for it. Now I have to waste another three hours wait for a second visit. Not smart on their part and not customer friendly! More

Had to go out of state to GET THIS KIND OF STELLAR SERVICE!! I wanted to purchase a vehicle through the Sonic automotive program. Great Allan Capaldi is great. He is my service advisor. Charles is one of the managers there and was my service advisor with my first BMW. He is one of the Allan Capaldi is great.
