BMW 5 Series Purchase We were looking for a new car to replace a much loved 19+ year old Jaguar and had settled on a 5 Series. We met with Brian Markulin who was both patience and helpful as we determined exactly what we wanted. He was able to secure a car headed for NY for us to purchase. When the car was ready for pick-up Brian was again helpful holding our hands as we consummated the transaction. We appreciated the lack of negotiating, the hand holding, patience, and guidance provided by the dealership and Brian. We were also very grateful for the tutorial Edward offered. As you can imagine, technology has evolved greatly in the past 19+ years so Edward's help, suggestions, and willingness to give us step-by-step assistance was/is a very positive in our whole experience. BMW X2 Battery issue Brought the X2 in today because of a recurring battery issue.
