The sales rep Alex and the finance guy Ferris were straight shooters who did not try to up sell me on worthless warranties or do any other bad things you sometimes hear about at used car dealers. Excellent service I was skeptical when making an service appointment 2 hours notice and online. When I got to the center, Alan came out to help and within 1.5 hours th I was skeptical when making an service appointment 2 hours notice and online. When I got to the center, Alan came out to help and within 1.5 hours the car was done with brake fluid changed, washed and all taken care off. So, we do appreciate the patient and knowledgeable help we received throughout the process from Abed Abutaa. He listened to our expectations and led us through the myriad of options to arrive at a workable solution. He located a vehicle within the Sonic network that was a pretty good match for all of that. Best of all, he was able to sell it at a most reasonable price – indeed, we feel happy about it. Looking back, this was probably a first for us!
